Vintage Styled Wedding Day | Debra + John

Today I want to share with you this vintage styled wedding day I had the honor of capturing for Debra and John! From start to finish, this day was filled with nonstop laughter and genuine memories. The love between Debra and John was evident in every aspect of their wedding. There was so much happiness and joy in the air and everyone could feel it. So, let’s get into the details!

Getting Ready + Details

First of all, I am so obsessed with the theme they had for their wedding. They had such a specific vibe they wanted and it was so clear everywhere you looked! It gave me old Hollywood vibes in the absolute best way. From the vintage details to the timeless feeling, everything was picture perfect. The day started out with Debra and John getting ready separately as they planned to have a first look. I captured as much as I possibly could, I just couldn’t stop snapping away! Debra helped her bridesmaids get ready and then they helped her slip into her stunning gown. From her veil to her shoes, she was absolutely stunning!

First Look + Bride and Groom Portraits

At last, it was time for the first look! They chose the most gorgeous spot to have this special moment and it only made the moment that much more magical. As he turned and saw his beautiful bride it was like time stopped and it was just the two of them. She twirled around showing off her full gown and they couldn’t help but hold each other tight. After the first look, we took their bride and groom portraits. We strolled around the gorgeous venue and took advantage of every picture spot we could find! We made sure to get some photos with their incredible vintage car, and I love how they turned out. After that, we went to the bar and got some iconic shots there. Everything about Debra and John is genuine and true love. Photographing them was such a joy!

Ceremony + Reception

And finally, it was the moment we all had been waiting for. The ceremony was held in a beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows, letting in the perfect amount of natural light. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room as they shared their handwritten vows. As they shared their first kiss as husband and wife, the entire room lit up with cheering! It was an incredibly magical moment. After the ceremony, the newlyweds danced the night away with their closest friends and family! The attention to detail trickled into the reception space, as everything was so beautifully cohesive! It was an incredible night of celebrating the love between these two soulmates, and I’m so honored to have captured this vintage styled wedding day for Debra and John.
