Set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Superior, Leilen and Matt’s intimate wedding at the Grand Superior Lodge in Two Harbors was nothing short of a dream. With only their closest family and friends by their side, the day was filled with warmth, joy, and breathtaking views that seemed straight out of a fairytale.

Leilen and Matt’s wedding day kicked off with an incredible brunch, featuring homemade empanadas made by Leilen’s mom—a delicious start to a beautiful day! Upstairs, Leilen was getting ready downstairs, Matt kept things relaxed, The anticipation was building, and the day was already shaping up to be unforgettable!

The day began...

Getting ready in a cozy cabin with epic Lake Superior views? Talk about a dream start! Leilen, her mom, sister, and best friend had the ultimate glam session—hair, makeup, and all the finishing touches, plus a sweet surprise when Matt’s mom gifted her a family heirloom bracelet. Meanwhile, the guys kept it classic—aka, hanging out and keeping it chill until it was time to throw on their suits. No stress, just good vibes and lots of excitement for the big moment ahead!

Leilen and Matt’s first look was pure magic and their portraits immediately after was —beautiful, fun, and just the right amount of saucy! The moment they saw each other, the smiles were unstoppable, the laughter was contagious, and the love was undeniable. They were totally up for anything, adventuring along the rocky Lake Superior shore, stealing sweet (and spicy!) moments

Their ceremony was everything—sweet, heartfelt, and full of happy tears. With their own vows, a few laughs, and all the love, it was the perfect lead-up to an epic reception. Every angle was picture-perfect, and it was pure joy watching family and friends soak in the moment. Of course, there were plenty of jokes about how Matt worked his magic, turning Leilen into a completely unexpected outdoorswoman—starting with one of their very first dates… fishing!
